Terms, Conditions and Guarantee
The website, located at www.chocolarts.com.au (“Website”) is the property of ChocolArts Pty Ltd (“ChocolArts”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. ChocolArts reserves the right to modify these terms in whole or in part from time to time without notice and amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms on the Website.
ChocolArts guarantees the freshness and quality of every ChocolArts order placed on the Website.
Our chocolates may vary according to regional and seasonal availability. Some items may not be suitable to be sent to tropical areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
Delivery will dates requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but ChocolArts reserves the right to hold orders in freight for dispatch to reduce the risk of items being damaged in adverse weather conditions.

Changes to orders
Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering, only by ChocolArts representative on (02) 9817 4222 or email@example.com to confirm the requested cancellation or alteration, prior to shipment of the relevant items.
No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of ChocolArts and if ChocolArts shall consent to any cancellation, modification or deferral the customer shall reimburse it for all losses and may be liable at ChocolArts’ discretion to pay a reasonable cancellation and re-stocking fee.
Due to food regulations, we can only return or refund your order prior to the order leaving our factory.
Any dissatisfaction or problems with an order must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Unless the customer has inspected the goods and given written notice to ChocolArts within this time, that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition and no claim shall be accepted.
In the event that ChocolArts accepts the return of goods for credit, the customer remains liable for the costs of re-delivering the goods to ChocolArts.
All ChocolArts products may contain nuts or nut traces.
ChocolArts will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, current or free of errors.
The Website, including, all software comprised in the Website, all material on the Website (“the Website Components”) is owned by or licensed to ChocolArts and protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and other countries.
Except as necessary for using the Website on your browser, or as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable laws, a Website Component may not be used, adapted, reproduced in any way or in any form or medium without the prior written consent of ChocolArts.
