Q. My event is in many months away, when should I place my order?

A. You can place your order at any time and specify a delivery date. A lot of our customers place orders, well before their special events. Your chocolates will be produced just prior to the requested deliverydate.

Placing your order early guarantees a production spot for your order and ensures the chocolates you receive are as fresh as possible. We recommend that your requested delivery date is at least 2 weeks before your event.

Q. I don't know the exact number of guests yet, can I change my change my order closer to the date?

A. Of course. Simply place your order for the approximate number of chocolates you think you will need, and you can adjust the quantity up or down until a week prior to your ship date.

Q. How long will the chocolates stay fresh for?

A. The shelf life of our chocolates variesdepending on the product. Our foil wrapped chocolates are best consumedwithin twelve months from when you receive them. For our filled chocolates, due to the fresh ingredients we use for our filings, they are best consumed within 3-4 weeks from purchase. Of course- fresh is best, and the earlier they are consumed, the better.

Q. Will my chocolates melt during transit?

A. We guarantee your chocolates will not melt during shipping, Over 6 years we have developed expertise and experience in shipping to all places across Australia (and even internationally), all year round.

Your chocolates will be packed in a box and surrounded by special thermo packaging insulation. All orders are shipped with the fastest available delivery service - Express Courier or Express Post. We will not send orders via regular post. International orders are also shipped via Courier or Express Post International.

Q. How to do I properly store the chocolate?

A. Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry, airy place at a recommended temperature of 15 to 20 degrees chocolate. Do not put them in the fridge, as this can impair the texture of the chocolate. Chocolate should also not be stored near anystrongodours, which could affect the taste.

Q. Can I make an order online, and then pickup from the ChocolArts store?

A. Of course. You can buy anything online, and then pickup from our store to save on postage costs.
